This White Stripes album is my favorite one from them, with a very close second being Icky Thump. This was the album that made garage rock cool again, and re-introduced Delta Blues to the forefront of rock. The cavestomp drumming by Meg White has been subject to much debate, but the fact remains that her drumming perfectly compliments everything Jack White does on the guitar. And boy oh boy, does he do things.
